Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refunds
1. Terms of Sale
By making a purchase in our store, you agree to these terms and conditions. All prices are listed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes.
MIEO Colombia sells access to events and trips. Once payment is complete, you will receive a purchase confirmation at the email address on file, including the details for access or participation.
2. Refund Policy
Since our products are digital in nature (access and reservations), refunds are subject to the following conditions depending on the type of product:
Event Access
Refund requests are accepted up to 24 hours before the date and time of the event. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Trips
Refund requests are accepted up to 15 calendar days before the trip start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us through the customer service channels available in our store, indicating:
- Order number.
- Name of the event or trip.
- Reason for the request.
Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 20 business days.
4. Products Not Eligible for Refund
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made outside the established deadlines.
- Access to events or trips that have already begun.
- Products purchased on promotion, unless otherwise indicated.
5. Changes and Transfers
If you wish to transfer your access to another person or change the participation date, please contact us as far in advance as possible. Changes are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions of each event or trip.
